Do I need a referral?
No. You can book online anytime — no GP referral is required for private counselling.
Is this online or in-person?
Reflect Renew Counselling is provided via telehealth (online). Services are available Australia-wide to clients in a private location.
What ages do you work with?
The service is for people aged 18 and over.
How long are sessions?
  • Fit Call: 15 minutes
  • Standard sessions: 60 minutes
  • Check-in sessions: 25 minutes (existing clients only)
What if I'm in crisis?
Reflect Renew Counselling is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger call 000. If you need urgent support call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Deborah works to professional and ethical standards as an ACA member. Confidentiality and its limits (including mandatory reporting and legal exceptions) are discussed clearly in your first appointment.
Do you have policies or paperwork?
Yes. As part of the booking process you'll complete a short intake form and review and accept the relevant policies online — no email paperwork required. You can read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use on the website before booking.
Can I contact you between sessions?
While Deborah isn't available on call, you can email anytime and she'll get back to you during office hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund.
Can I get Medicare rebates or claim private health?
Medicare and private health rebates are not available for this service.
